How it works

Share your experience, get everyone else's.

It only works because people go first. You share what your world's really like, and you get everyone else's back. Here's what that means in practice.

01

What you share

One short profile of your company's L&D function. Fields include:

  • Company name, industry, headcount band, location
  • L&D team size and reporting line
  • Approximate L&D spend per employee (banded)
  • Your pay as bands (base and bonus)
  • Your team's top priorities this year
  • Six quick 1-to-5 ratings on how L&D is treated where you work
  • Vendors and tools used, with satisfaction ratings
  • Optional: open roles, culture notes
02

What you get

Founding contributor status. When Clariosity launches, you receive:

  • First to know as company profiles go live
  • See every other company's profile
  • Search and filter by industry, size, location and tools
  • See how you compare to companies like yours
  • Honest vendor ratings, across the board
03

How access works at launch

Once the platform is live:

  • You'll receive an individual account tied to your contributor email
  • Refresh your profile annually to keep access
  • Changed jobs? Add a profile for your new company
  • Always free for L&D professionals. No paid tiers, ever
On anonymity

Be honest. That's the whole point.

Your name is never attached to anything you share, and pay and budgets only ever show as ranges. Everyone can be straight with each other because no one's left exposed.

Ready to share yours?

About three minutes. Share now and you'll be among the first to see profiles as they open up.

Common questions

Things people ask before contributing.

What if my company hasn't given me permission to share?
Only share what you're comfortable and authorized to share, and leave out anything confidential, personal or commercially sensitive. Pay and budgets are collected as ranges and only shown once there are enough contributions to keep them anonymous. If you're unsure about anything, skip it. Partial profiles are welcome and still useful.
How do you verify contributions are accurate?
Early on, we check each one by hand. We use the email you give us (and your LinkedIn, if you add it) to confirm you actually work, or worked, where you say. Neither is ever published. Once a few people have shared about the same company, we cross-check for consistency.
When will I get access?
Clariosity is being built now, with a limited beta in Q3 2026 and wider access by the end of the year. You can share right now. A company's profile opens up once three people from it have shared, and as an early contributor you'll be first to know when profiles go live. Once it's live you'll have your own login to browse everyone else's.
What happens if I leave my company?
It stays as a snapshot of that company at the time you shared it. When you move, you're welcome to add a profile for your new company. And if you'd rather pull the old one, just ask and we'll take it down.
How will Clariosity make money?
Not from selling your data. Later on there'll be paid tiers for recruiters and vendors who want aggregated, anonymized insights, never individual contributions. The L&D community is who it's built for, and always free for them.
Can my company claim or respond to its profile?
Eventually, yes. After beta, companies will be able to claim their profile and add an official response. They won't be able to edit or remove what people shared, so it stays honest.
